Here is my Official, Long Form Birth Certificate, issued by the state of Michigan. I have redacted some information to protect my identity. If I was to run for political office I would release my military records as well. I have nothing to hide. I swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of The United States while in the military and at my current job.
This Birth Certificate shows my full name, date of birth, place of birth, attending physician, record number, my mother and fathers full name and address, race, sex, and my fathers employer. it is signed and has a raised seal.
